Airhostesses are typically the faces of an airline. They are the ones who interact directly with the public, so hiring managers want to be 100 percent certain they are bringing the most qualified applicants on board. As a Soft skill trainer and Groomer, it was my task to select and most of the times groom them to the point of making the person a full-fledged utmost groomed person that would be face of many Domestic and International airlines. Grooming students to be a seasoned professional who recognizes the importance of communication, honesty and trust in a team setting. My very short time with Frankfinn is always a memorable experience, which would always reflect in my attitude.
