My Work Showcase

Working with Ssytems Quest a sister company of Eminds, had me exposed to various kind of clients and Client needs mainly as our clients mainly focused on educational organizations I like the Team Lead:
Conducted & managed weekly and bi-weekly agile sprints with teams’ sizes over 10.
Used Scrum Agile Methodology in my work (Daily Scrum Meeting, Sprint Backlog, 1on1 meeting)
Mentored a team of three employees to follow best practices in agile and QA.
Managed roll out of agile delivery practices across two Non-IT teams in India.
Meeting the Client criteria for the given deadline was always a priority and this usually kept me and my team on edge.
